So How Do I Cancel? (Windows)

So classic: “Press Yes to Cancel” – “Press Cancel to Continue”…

I was prompted with this dialog window by WinSCP (FTP / SCP software for Windows) when I hit “Abort” to cancel a running file transfer.

I think a simple question “Really abort? Yes/No” would have been more than enough instead of this incredibly confusing and redundant bunch of text. And what’s the difference between “No” and “Cancel”?
